Jarvid's magazine, from my mailbox to yours

Good to Be Home

Six times a year, my magazine Good to Be Home arrives in the mailboxes of my clients and friends across the North Shore and Boston Metro. It is my way of staying in touch between transactions, with the things that make a house a home: seasonal recipes worth keeping, home inspiration, and clear real estate insight you can actually use.

Inside every issue

Home, food, and straight talk about the market

Home & Living

Seasonal ideas for the home: design touches, garden and lawn care, organizing, and the small projects that make a house work better and feel better, chosen for New England living.

Recipes Worth Keeping

Every issue carries recipes our readers actually cook, from weeknight staples to holiday favorites. More than a few have ended up taped inside kitchen cabinets across the North Shore.

Real Estate Insight

Clear, plain-language perspective on the housing market and homeownership, written for owners and future owners, not for analysts. No jargon, no hype, just what it means for your home.

How it works

A magazine with my name on it, mailed to your door

Good to Be Home is personally branded for my practice at Keller Williams Realty Luxury and mailed free to my clients, past clients, and friends, six times a year. Every cover carries my photo, my direct line, and a QR code readers can scan for a current estimate of their home's value. A digital edition is also emailed to subscribers with each new issue, so you can read it anywhere.
